New Business Start-Up

New business start-ups include initial start-ups of companies with products that need to be developed and other situations where a product has been developed and is now ready for marketing.

Our participation could start with due diligence for both product and market. A complete market analysis would then lead to the finalization of a comprehensive business plan. The plan includes the development strategies and specifications needed to successfully carry the company forward in its first three years of operation.

Associated with the development of the business plan and the initial operation of the company is our participation in the acquisition of venture capital or other means of capitalization. Next, our members may become involved part- time to assist with the initial implementation of the business plan. Outside of our part-time working involvement, development of the full- time team required for the business can also be addressed. The intent is to provide a comprehensive approach insuring the early-on success of the start-up company.

Our role as consultants and part-time team members can also be expanded to include the full-time responsibility of certain aspects of the business. For example, we could become the initial distribution arm for the new company. Distribution makes sense as we will be establishing strong international as well as limited domestic distribution for certain types of products. We could even take on full responsibility for interim sales, sales management, marketing, marketing management, and product support.
